By accessing and using the services provided by Career Crafted Success ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Career Crafted Success provides professional career coaching services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one career coaching sessions
• Interview preparation and training
• Leadership development programs
• Career strategy consultation
• Professional development resources

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide reasonable notice for cancellations

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Individual sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged
• Package refunds are subject to individual agreement terms
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Career Crafted Success are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching sessions. We expect the same level of confidentiality from our clients regarding our proprietary methods and materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Career Crafted Success provides coaching services to support your professional development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or promotions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

9. Professional Boundaries

Our services are limited to professional career coaching. We do not provide:

• Mental health counseling or therapy
• Legal advice
• Financial planning services
• Guarantee of employment outcomes

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Upon termination, all obligations cease except for payment of services already rendered.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Career Crafted Success operates.
